VERY VERY VERY disappionted with Metaxo studios. As the last review says 2*, I dont think so!!
Was very disappionted with everything here, more so at the fact we booked through Airtours and paid quite a bit for the holiday.
On the night we arrived we were met by a member of staff from the bar who could hardly speak any English. As this was our first holiday together without the kids it was very disappionmting to find our room had two single beds on either side of the room screwed to the wall!!! we slept the whole week on the floor on matresses!! our shower had wires hanging out of the wall, the manager asured us that they were not live so we would be ok!!!(yeah rite)
everything else has been mentioned before so i wont go on!!
It was a big let down because we have been to Kos before and it is such a beautiful place.
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
P.S these beds are advertised as LINDIAN beds in brochuers, so look out for them!!!

Metaxo Studios are rated as a 2 Star Hotel... We were wondering if we were very mislead as we would give it a -5*. It was appaulling, the kitchen had a leak and the fridge gave off so much heat that quite often the kitchen was hotter than the weather outside... the bathroom was the size of a showbox and the was a hole in the wall. one of the beds was placed by the wardrobe and the door would keep opening over the bed which dangerous when you couldnt see it at night. The balcony could only fit two plastic chairs and a tiny table, and even that was cramped. The balcony doors were so bad you could break into the apparment, which was worrying as there was no safe and the Owner did not know wherw a safety deposit box was. The Owner was so rude and shouting akll the time we were told that on the day we leave we will need to leave the appartment at 11am however the lady very rudely woke us up and told us to get up and leave at 9.30am. She then told us we couldnt put our luggage in our friends appartment we had to put it in the hallway were nobody would be watching it. The whole place was falling apart and completed over rated and disapointing, it was dirty and when they cleaned them room they changed the sheets with more dirty sheets.
The only good comment i can give this place is it was a 4 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to Bar street.
